Spacious kitchen/diner with fully fitted kitchen, integrated electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine. We provide kitchen basics such as olive oil, salt and pepper, cling film, foil, dishwasher tabs etc

Bifold doors open onto our lovely, bright, sunny yard with table and chairs for 6
Bathrooms
We have three beautiful bathrooms. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, there is a spacious downstairs shower room with underfloor heating and an ensuite shower room
Sitting Room
Cosy sitting room with two large sofas and an armchair, woodburning stove (logs are provided), Freeview TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, boardgames and books
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms, one king size with ensuite, one queen size double and a twin
In addition...
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink for washing sandy shoes or muddy boots! Our spacious entrance area has plenty of room for boots, coats, buckets and spades etc!
